It was a little past midnight on the day of my best friend's wedding... and she was texting me in a panic wondering about the fine details like who was carpooling with who when and where. That was when I decided I did not want to end up in this situation - I needed help! My "day of" timeline went from an ugly, messy Excel sheet I had made myself, to a beautiful, concise and appealing document. The copious details I was holding in my head (like who is walking the aisle with who, what is the address of the church, and what do the bridesmaids need to pack) were all laid out in a neat little fillable template, and then turned into a sharable document I could send to the entire wedding party. They really did take my planning experience and day-of from chaos to calm.

My best advice to other brides? Hire a coordinator!!! I initially was not planning on hiring a coordinator and thought I could do it all myself. After multiple people telling me to hire a coordinator, I still didn’t listen and still thought I could do it myself, lol. Once we were a few months away from the wedding day I realized there is no way! A coordinator provides so many little details that I never would’ve even thought of and helped ask questions to vendors I wouldn’t have thought of. Hiring a coordinator was the best decision I made.

I did almost nothing in the month leading up to our wedding day because our coordinator was amazing and handled everything without stressing me out. The day of our wedding was a dream, and I had absolutely nothing to worry about. I cried tears of joy at the end of the day when I had to say good-bye to her.
