We love when venues provide coordinators for our brides—it’s such a valuable resource! Venue coordinators are experts in their space: they’ll make sure the lights are dimmed for dinner, and the bar is stocked.
But here’s the difference: a venue coordinator’s role stops at the venue doors. They won’t be sewing the bride’s dress just before ceremony, pinning boutonnieres, cueing your wedding party before walking down the aisle, or checking in with your photographer to ensure sunset portraits happen at just the right moment. That’s where your Wedding Coordinator steps in—someone who knows your vision inside and out, and makes sure every detail beyond the venue is seamlessly executed.

We totally understand that this investment may seem like a lot (let’s face it - weddings are shockingly expensive!) Hiring a wedding planner is investing in peace of mind that nothing will be forgotten, mishaps will be resolved, friends and family can relax on the day, and your time leading up to your wedding is not spent on the nitty gritty details that stress you out.
If it’s your goal to have a BLAST and not stress on your wedding day - we suggest you hire a wedding planner or coordinator.
Why are we so sure? We’ve been chatting for months, maybe even a YEAR. We know the exact layout of your wedding, because well… we created it! We know who is supposed to be where and when, that you wanted a memory bouquet right by the gift box, we know who is dismissing your tables, the order of the toasts, we’ll communicate with vendors so you don’t have to answer calls in the middle of getting your hair done, and we’ll solve a problem before it’s a problem yet.
We simply just know your day because we’ve been there through it all!

Our role as your Wedding Coordinators is to manage the many moving parts of your day—timelines, vendors, wedding party, and all the behind-the-scenes details—so that everything flows seamlessly for you. Because of this, we don’t handle full décor set-up or tear down, but we’re happy to connect you with trusted décor and styling vendors who specialize in that service.
What we do offer is an upgraded service where we stay until the end of the evening to carefully pack up your personal items and deliver them safely to your home the following Monday—so you don’t have to worry about a thing after your celebration.

Most of our brides secure us for full planning 10-12 months out from their wedding date.
If you’re interested in our Month-of Management or Partial Planning, we recommend securing your date at least 6 months in advance. This helps ensure we fit within your budget and have a coordinator available for your big day. We promise — you’ll feel an instant sense of relief once you make the decision to book!

Most of our couples are from Bismarck, ND, but we happily serve Dickinson, Fargo, Spearfish, Medora, and other nearby communities. Just ask us about your location!

We’ve planned a wedding a time or two! We’ve compiled a list, see here, of mistakes we hear couples regret, or wish they would have considered.
While it’s important not to dwell on “if only's”, we want to help future brides and grooms have the most seamless wedding experience possible.

If you've already booked your major vendors (venue, catering, photography) Month-of Management or Partial Planning may be best.
If you've started planning, but feel overwhelmed by the coordination, timeline management, or family dynamics, Partial Planning gives you expert guidance while letting you maintain control over your special day.
If you're feeling stressed about the budgeting, vendor sourcing, and the overall planning process and want to hand everything over to enjoy your engagement, Full Planning is your answer. Can't decide between two services? Your first step is to book a consultation to learn more.

With our Month-Of Management package, we begin with a discovery call to learn your vision, style, and priorities. From there, we carefully match you with the coordinator best suited to your personality and needs. While we do our best to honor specific requests, final assignments depend on availability and wedding date.
Your coordinator will be officially confirmed no later than two months prior to your wedding. From then on, regular communication begins so you’ll have expert guidance as your big day approaches.
All of our coordinators are part of our trained, in-house team—experienced through wedding day shadowing, structured training, and ongoing support. We operate as a team, so if anything unexpected arises, you’ll always be covered.
Meanwhile, at sign-on, you’ll receive your custom planning portal and our team will craft your custom wedding day timeline. If that’s not enough, we’ll even provide monthly check-in emails to ensure everything stays organized and stress-free.
