For Partial Planning and Month-of Coordination, your dedicated coordinator will be assigned after booking and officially introduced no later than two months prior to your wedding. Every wedding is personally overseen by our owner, Megan, ensuring your celebration has that signature BTS Events touch. Your lead coordinator will be your go-to guide—think of her as your planning sidekick, cheerleader, and problem-solver all rolled into one!
