Wedding Month-of Management

Month-of Management is your golden ticket to being a guest at your own wedding.

This service gives you the best of both worlds: you design the wedding of your dreams, and we make sure it unfolds seamlessly while you soak in every moment.

For couples who value presence over pressure: if your goal is to laugh, dance, and savor your wedding day — not chase down vendors, tell grandparents where to sit, manage timelines, or figure out who’s lighting candles — this service was made for you.

So breathe easy. We’ll take it from here.

You might be thinking, “I just need someone to show up on the wedding day, that’s it.” But here’s what many brides don’t realize: true “day-of coordination” doesn’t actually exist. By the time your wedding morning arrives, dozens of details should already be finalized, vendors confirmed, and logistics ironed out. If someone were to step in only on the day of… they’d be set up to fail — and so would you.

That’s why we don’t offer “day-of coordination.” Instead, we provide something far more effective: Month-of Management. Think of it as day-of coordination, done the right way. From the moment you book, you’ll receive a custom wedding planning suite and timeline to keep your wedding journey seamless, even before we step in.

Then, two months before your wedding, we take the reins to:

  • Confirm every vendor

  • Finalize all details and ask questions you may not have considered

  • Run your rehearsal so everyone feels confident

  • Troubleshoot potential gaps before they turn into problems

  • Oversee every last detail on the wedding day itself

This way, when your big day arrives, you get everything you imagined when you searched for a “day-of coordinator” — peace of mind, smooth logistics, and the freedom to be fully present — without leaving anything to chance.

  • I did almost nothing in the month leading up to our wedding day because our coordinator was amazing and handled everything without stressing me out. The day of our wedding was a dream, and I had absolutely nothing to worry about. I cried tears of joy at the end of the day when I had to say good-bye to her. Hiring a wedding coordinator was hands-down the best decision we made when planning our wedding. I wish we would have hired her from Day 1 because I never would have gotten to the stage where I was drowning.

  • Everyone, including me, was SO impressed with how well everything went, and you took so much stress off my shoulders! Pro tip to other brides: Don’t wait till you are so stressed to hire/get someone to help you! There are a lot of things you don’t think of on your own.
