On the day of your wedding, we’re the direct point of contact for communication with family, guests, and vendors. We will clearly communicate and provide guidance to keep your wedding day on track with your timeline. We do this so you can soak up being a BRIDE and not worry that the flowers will arrive on time or wonder who is transferring the decor from your ceremony to reception.

Initial Consultation

 

  • Discuss details and vision review

  • Customized wedding day schedule

  • Monthly check-in emails and wedding tips to keep you on track

 

1.5 months before the Wedding

 

  • Custom wedding portal

  • Seating chart management, if needed

  • Review plan & outstanding to-do items

  • One-hour venue tour

  • Review & finalize wedding day timeline, floor plan and all logistics of your day

  • Detail & arrival time coordination of vendors

  • Management of vendor communication (We’ve compiled lists galore of exactly the right questions you need to ask!)

  • Facilitate guest transportation

  • Custom ceremony and reserved seating cards

  • Custom pre-wedding document with delegation list with packing list

 

Before Ceremony

 

  • Coordinator on site to guide rehearsal

  • Timeline management

  • Distribute flowers to bridal party, attendants & family members

  • Assist with organization of photography session

  • Vendor management & arrival time confirmation

  • Location setup & vendor coordination

 

Ceremony

 

  • Processional & recessional coordination

  • Handling of personal items for ceremony & reception

  • Retain the marriage license for officiant

  • Wedding day ‘oh sh*t kit’

  • Sanity maintenance of any and all issues

 

Reception

 

  • Coordination and assistance for guests & bridal party

  • Reception setup vendor coordination  

  • Set-up wedding elements including escort cards, favors, & guest book table

  • Cue best man, maid of honor, parents or other honored guests for entrances, toasts, speeches & first dance

  • Assistance in arranging for all personal belongings including gifts and cards to be packed up & given to the designated person

  • Includes up to 12 hours | through the first dance and ensuring late night snacks are set up or delegated out (Or add-on time for us to stay until the end, clean up personal items, and deliver to your home Monday morning)

  • Complete peace of mind to ensure you and your family and bridal party don’t need to look at the time during your day

  • I did almost nothing in the month leading up to our wedding day because Megan was amazing and handling it without stressing me out.
