For couples who want to have their cake, eat it too, and savor every second — without the overwhelm.

While many refer to this as simply 'day-of coordination,' our comprehensive service goes far beyond that. This package features our exclusive Planning Portal, a personalized onboarding session, and a tailored timeline to guide you through planning with complete confidence. Approximately two months before your celebration, our experienced team steps in to manage all the details from that point forward.

  • Maintain clear communication with all vendors throughout the day, and troubleshoot where necessary so you don’t have to

  • Distribute final payments, gratuities, and gifts to vendors

  • Distribute bouquets and pin boutonnières

  • Organize and assist with the family photography session

  • Coordinate the ceremony processional and recessional, cueing wedding party, officiant, DJ, and musicians

  • Oversee vendor setup and key moments of the reception, including grand entrance, cake cutting, specialty dances etc.

  • Replenish appetizers and desserts as needed

  • Assist with packing up gifts and personal items, ensuring they are safely stored

  • Retain the marriage license for the officiant and handle any important documents

Complete Peace of Mind

You and your family won’t have to watch the clock — we handle every detail so you can be fully present and soak up every moment.

  • I did almost nothing in the month leading up to our wedding day because our coordinator was amazing and handled everything without stressing me out. The day of our wedding was a dream, and I had absolutely nothing to worry about. I cried tears of joy at the end of the day when I had to say good-bye to her. Hiring a wedding coordinator was hands-down the best decision we made when planning our wedding. I wish we would have hired her from Day 1 because I never would have gotten to the stage where I was drowning.

  • Everyone, including me, was SO impressed with how well everything went, and you took so much stress off my shoulders! Pro tip to other brides: Don’t wait till you are so stressed to hire/get someone to help you! There are a lot of things you don’t think of on your own.
