For couples who want to have their cake, eat it too, and savor every second — without the overwhelm.

Though it’s often thought of as just ‘day-of coordination,’ our approach delivers so much more. This package includes our custom Planning Portal, an onboarding call and a custom timeline to help you plan your big day with confidence. Then, about 2 months before your wedding, our team will take the reins and handle everything from there.

Manage the timeline and maintain clear communication with all vendors to keep the day running seamlessly and stress-free.

Distribute flowers to the bridal party and family members.

Assist with organizing the family photography session.

Coordinate the ceremony processional and recessional, ensuring everyone is in the right place at the right time.

Retain the marriage license for the officiant and handle any important documents.

Manage and set up personal décor items for the ceremony and reception, such as escort cards, favors, guest book table, and more.

Coordinate vendor setup for the reception and oversee key moments through first dances.

Cue the best man, maid of honor, parents, and other honored guests for entrances, toasts, speeches, and the first dance.

Facilitate guest and bridal party needs throughout the evening.

Assist with packing up gifts and personal items, ensuring they’re safely given to your designated person.

If you choose to add our late-night service, we can stay until the end, clean up your personal items, and deliver them to your home on Monday morning (if feasible).

Complete Peace of Mind

You and your family won’t have to watch the clock — we handle every detail so you can be fully present and soak up every moment.

  • I did almost nothing in the month leading up to our wedding day because Megan was amazing and handling it without stressing me out. The day of our wedding was a dream, and I had absolutely nothing to worry about. I cried tears of joy at the end of the day when I had to say good-bye to Megan. Hiring a wedding coordinator was hands-down the best decision we made when planning our wedding. I wish we would have hired her from Day 1 because I never would have gotten to the stage where I was drowning.

  • Everyone, including me, was SO impressed with how well everything went, and you took so much stress off my shoulders! Pro tip to other brides: Don’t wait till you are so stressed to hire/get someone to help you! There are a lot of things you don’t think of on your own.
