Wedding Tentative Timeline Questionnaire

We’d love to make a tentative day-of timeline for your wedding! It’s totally okay to be clueless on some things right now. Just answer what you can!

What time and where will you be getting ready?

Will you be doing a first look?

Do you have a ceremony start time? How long do you anticipate the ceremony being?

What will the wedding party’s transportation be before and after the ceremony? i.e. are you having a party bus?

What time does the reception start/when are guests to start arriving at the reception?

Will there be a social or cocktail hour before dinner? And if so, will it be in the same location/room as dinner or a different location/room?

What time will dinner start?

Do you have a meal idea or preference?

Will there be speeches and toasts?

Are you having a DJ or a band?

Are you going to be doing a first dance? And if so, when will the first dance be? (such as the start of the dance or before dinner)

Will you be starting right with the first dance or will you be doing an entrance/grand march?

Are you doing dances with parents?

Would you like sunset photos?
