Tori and Jaden’s winter wedding was nothing short of magical. Set against a snowy backdrop and filled with warm tones and laughter, their day was the perfect blend of cozy and elegant. From heartfelt toasts to intimate moments under golden light, their love story came to life beautifully. As their wedding planner, I guided them through the entire full-service planning process, from curating their dream vendor team to managing the smallest design details and coordinating every moment on the big day. My goal is always to make wedding planning stress-free, so my couples can be fully present and truly enjoy their celebration. Seeing their vision come to life this past February was such an honor!
The venue
You’ve never seen the Bismarck Event Center like this! As their full-service wedding planner in Bismarck, I helped transform the space with romantic winter florals from top to bottom. The tables looked like something straight off a Pinterest board: glowing candlesticks, lush greenery, and all the cozy, luxurious details you could dream of. Softly dimmed lights showcased their moody, elegant dance floor and stunning centerpiece lighting, making the space feel wonderfully welcoming.
The experience
Tori and Jaden’s wedding day was a joy to bring to life from start to finish. I guided them through the entire planning journey, from curating their dream vendor team to sending the family reminder texts of when to depart the getting ready location, to managing the wedding day timeline and so much more. Seeing their vision unfold and watching the genuine love between them made every step so rewarding. From emotional speeches to quiet, meaningful glances, the entire day felt intentional, personal, and warm — exactly what they hoped it would be.

The design
Tori and Jaden’s wedding design struck a perfect balance between rustic charm and modern elegance. Their ceremony and reception space were filled with warm florals in soft oranges and neutrals, paired with natural wood accents and romantic candlelight. The floral arch and muted table settings brought everything together with a cozy, elevated feel that fit the winter season beautifully.
