Personalize it!
We’ll start with a complimentary consult to chat about your event, style, and overall goal of your glamping adventure with us. See below for package details and options.
We ‘ll then create a custom design for you based on your vision and our inventory.
step two
Party Time!
After designing your event, we’ll arrive the day of and set everything up! You’ll simply show up with your favorite people or person, and celebrate life.
Based on your event wishes, we’ll supply board games, party planning templates/tips, projector for movies or slideshows, appetizers, catering, a fire-pit, heater, alcohol, online invitations, outdoor yoga recommendations, etc. The list goes on - just chat with us!

Till Next Time!
We’ll do a complete tear-down of your event after your party is done. We cannot WAIT to celebrate with you again!

Glamping FAQ
Do I have to set up my own tent and event design?
Nope, that is our job here at Behind the Scenes Events! All you have to do is show up and CELEBRATE. We’ll do the set up and the tear down so you can have a lovely experience that makes it feel like you’re not in North Dakota anymore.
Can my event be anywhere in ND?
We typically stay in the Bismarck/Mandan area, but please reach out to discuss other locations. It just may work!
If you’re having a backyard event, we do need measurements and photos to confirm we’ll have enough space for our set up. If you choose to host your event in a park, we do require that you contact the city and reserve the spot in your name. You’ll just need to let them know you will be there and how many people you’ll have. Please note : There may be an application form and booking fee, and you may need to get the park's toilet keys. Additionally, our insurance only covers our own liability, so we are not responsible for any guests who may damage property, etc.
What is included in my glamping or event design package?
My oh my, the possibilities are endless! Please see our event packages above as they usually include everything you could want. Have a crazy idea? We’re so down! It may require additional costs, but don’t hesitate to ask.
What happens if we get rained out?
We live in North Dakota, we get it! We please ask you to always have a backup location in mind, and to keep us posted on this. Alternatively, our tents are large and a few people can stand up in them. If there are extreme conditions, we are happy to reschedule your glamping experience. However, dates may be subject to availability.
