  • Comprehensive venue preparation, including up to four site visits with key vendors (tent provider, bar service, band, rental company, shuttle, etc.)

  • Creation of a streamlined reference document outlining specific requirements for tented weddings, including power needs, garbage and restroom management, permitting, and more

  • Guidance on obtaining liquor licensing and meeting local compliance standards

  • Onsite coordination the day before the wedding to assist with venue setup and layout, and greeting vendors on arrival

  • Optional support with table and chair placement and ensuring infrastructure is in place for seamless execution
