  • Oh heavens no! We LOVE DIY brides, and have worked with several. We send monthly “Bride To-Do’s” to keep our clients on track and involved with the fun stuff. Your planner’s level of involvement also depends on personal preferences.

    Some of our brides start the process with every detail thought out, and simply want us to execute their vision, while others want to sit back and give us the reigns! However, our planning process does still require bride involvement and some decision making.

    We also offer a Complete Wedding Planner binder for our DIY brides who LOVE to have everything laid out (in a cohesive and beautiful way!)

  • Most of our clients for Full Wedding Planning and Month-of Coordination are in North Dakota. However, we absolutely do destination weddings! We've helped tie the knot for couples in South Dakota, Montana, Hawaii, Mexico, Ireland, and New Zealand. Reach out for a custom quote.

  • We totally understand that this investment may seem like a lot (let’s face it - weddings are shockingly expensive!) Hiring a Wedding Planner is investing in peace of mind that nothing will be forgotten, mishaps will be resolved, friends and family can relax on the day, and your time leading up to your wedding is not spent on the nitty gritty details that stress you out.

    If it’s your goal to have a BLAST and not stress on your wedding day - hire a wedding planner. Here’s WHY :

    • We’ve been chatting for months, maybe even a YEAR. We know the exact layout of your wedding, who is supposed to be where and when, that you wanted a memory bouquet right by the gift box, we know who is dismissing your tables, the order of the toasts, we’ll communicate with vendors so you don’t have to answer calls in the middle of getting your hair done, and we’ll solve a problem before it’s a problem yet. We simply just know your day because we’ve been there through it all!

    • You probably have a million and 2 people asking to help - and you want to involve them!** You have the helpers, we have the delegation skills. **

    • Need someone to triple check your day looks like you’ve dreamt? You may not be able to get into your venue before the big day - and trust us - time seems to evaporate that day! Don’t fret - we’ll do 124 run-throughs of your venue to ensure the placement and measurements are perfection.

  • We focus on small event design (such as bridal showers, bachelorette parties, charcuterie board/movie night type of hang outs!) There are simply too many logistical tasks we're working on throughout your wedding that we wouldn’t be able to set-up and tear down your decorations as well. However, we will assist with personal items such as guest book, and dessert plates, for example.

    • Ask us about our Design Consulting add-on for Full Wedding Planning and Month-of Clients. We’d love to design and budget with you!

  • Most of our brides book our 12 Month Planning Package. However, we even have a 6 Month Express Planning Package! If you’d like to book us for Month-of Coordination, we recommend booking 8-12 months out. That will ensure we fit in your budget and a coordinator is available for your big day. We promise - you’ll feel a sense of relief once you make the decision to book!

  • We love when venues provide coordinators for our brides! We find it so beneficial as they add extra guidance in their area of expertise.

    However, their job description allows them to only focus on the venue, rather than your vision for the entire day. Venue coordinators work specifically for the venue (and most likely have several weddings per month), whereas Wedding Coordinators work for you. Your Coordinator gets to know you and learns everything you’re envisioning for your wedding day.
