Important Details
You won’t have any bar minimums to meet. They do provide in-house catering, but you’re free to bring in the caterer of your choice with no added fees.
The venue does not allow outside decorators. Couples are welcome to decorate themselves or hire Bailey with Dreamt Events + Rentals, their in-house decorator who knows both venues inside and out and can bring any vision to life beautifully.
South 40 Events | Lincoln, ND

Lone Oak Farm | Ayr, ND
Vibe: Modern industrial elegance meets rural charm.
You have access to 40 acres of beautiful green space, paths, and century old trees allowing the perfect backdrop for photos while creating a breathtaking environment to host all your guests that have come to celebrate you. Their west lawn features a stone tiered amphitheater setting a scene unlike any other venue in the area. When it is no longer seating your guests, the theater is a gorgeous architecturally landscaped spot to frame your wedding day photos.
